Fresh Salsa 10 Minute Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 (2/3 oz) mccormick's salsa seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced pickled jalapeno (ole el paso jarred works!)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir.
  2. Pour mixture into a blender or food processor and mix on medium to high for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into 2-quart container, cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. Enjoy!
