Fresh Berries And Cream Salad Squares

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin for 2 minutes then stir in cold water and lemon juice.
  2. Chill until partially set then stir berries in and pour mixture into baking dish and chill until firm.
  3. Beat whipping cream just until soft peaks form then add cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  4. Beat until fluffy then stir in lemon peel then carefully spoon cream cheese mix over berry mix.
  5. Spread to edge of dish then cover and chill at least 6 hours.
  6. Top with nuts just before serving.
