Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 8 slices of white bread

Directions:

  1. Mix wet ingredents. Stir in dry ingredients and whip with fork.
  2. Heat griddle or skillet
  3. Put small pat of oleo in skillet until sizzling
  4. Dip bread in egg mixture then turn to coat both sides
  5. Cook to golden brown
