Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Beat egg until light and fluffy and add to dry ingredients.
  3. Stir in milk.
  4. Drop by tablespoons on gently boiling vegetable gravy.
  5. Cover tightly and cook 15 minutes.
  6. Do not peek.
