Flop Proof Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 (375 g) can pie apples

Directions:

  1. Beat sugar and butter together until creamy.
  2. Add eggs and beat slowly.
  3. Add flour and baking powder slowly and beat.
  4. Add milk and beat.
  5. Empty tin of pie apples into the mixture and pour into an oven proof dish.
  6. Spinkle cinnamon and sugar over the top.
  7. Bake at 180 C for 1/2 an hour.
