Salmon or Tuna Wrap Up

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and celery in the butter until soft.
  2. Mash fish in a bowl, beat in egg, seasonings and stir in sauteed vegetables.
  3. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  5. Stir in milk with a fork to make a soft dough.
  6. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead a few times, then roll it out into an oblong, about 1/2 inch thick.
  7. Spread with fish mixture.
  8. Roll up, starting at the long edge.
  9. Seal edges.
  10. Slice into 1 inch slices and place in a buttered dish.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes in a 400*F oven.
  12. Serve with a white or parsley sauce.
  13. Serves 4.
