Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flax
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp rose water

Directions:

  1. Soak the flax in the water for four hours.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. Spread flat on a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake in oven at 250F until no longer moist, or put in dehydrator.
  5. Enjoy :]
