Flax, nuts, fruit, seeds
Ingredients:
1/2 cup flax
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup dried apricots
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup shredded coconut
1/8 cup sugar
1 tsp rose water
Directions:
1. Soak the flax in the water for four hours.
2. Add all other ingredients.
3. Spread flat on a cookie sheet.
4. Bake in oven at 250F until no longer moist, or put in dehydrator.
5. Enjoy :]
