Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 sole fillets
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt , to taste
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup cream

Directions:

  1. Grease baking dish.
  2. Dust fillets with flour.
  3. Arrange fillets and sprinkle with lemon juice, sherry, onion, mushrooms and salt Add cream.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
