Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package fettuccine or 1 (8 oz) package medium egg noodles
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Prepare noodles as label directs; drain and keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, in a warm serving dish, combine butter, cheese, half-and-half, salt and pepper.
  3. Toss hot noodles with cheese mixture to coat well, serve immediately.
  4. Pass more grated cheese, if desired, to sprinkle over servings.
