Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease 2 quart casserole.
  3. Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of it.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese then han, green inion and green chilies.
  5. In medium bowl combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  6. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture.
  7. Bake uncovered until center is set or knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30-35 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sliced black olives.
  9. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
