Estate Sale Purchased Kale With Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1-1/2 lb kale cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over high heat and sauté garlic for 10 seconds.
  2. Add water and kale then cook stirring and tossing constantly for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in oyster sauce immediately before serving and garnish with sesame seeds.
