Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9x13 pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cereal, bran, wheat germ, orange peel, orange juice, dried fruit, egg, oil, applesauce, hone and dry milk powder; blend well.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, stir together whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour and baking soda.
  6. Stir in the first mixture and blend until all ingredients are combined.
  7. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
  8. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
  9. Cool and cut into bars.
