Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the endives lengthwise and place on a salad dish.
  2. Add the sliced mushroom, onions and corn.
  3. Mix the oil, vinegar salt and pepper and add to salad.
  4. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the salad.
