Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325F
  2. Place foil on a baking sheet
  3. Rub a little olive oil over it just to moisten
  4. Place veggies and fruits in rows in rows as in picture
  5. Scatter nuts and small tomatoes about
  6. Honey the fruits and nuts and sprinkle on cinnamon (just on them)
  7. Sprinke oil on all veggies
  8. Add brown sugar only on sweet taters
  9. Improvise with your spices
  10. Roast for 20-25 minutes
  11. Broil last 2-3 minutes
