Eggless, Easy and Tasty Peanut butter bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir in sugar.
  3. Add peanut butter and rub in well.
  4. Add milk and beat thoroughly.
  5. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350F for an hour.
  6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan and cool completely.
  8. Slice and serve.
  9. If you have bread remanining, wrap in aluminium foil and freeze.
  10. Thaw for sometime before serving the next day.
