Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Grease a cookie sheet or round pizza pan
  3. Unroll your pie crust onto pan.
  4. Salt and pepper the crust.
  5. Sautee your vegetables (if you're using them).
  6. Mix 5 egg whites and one whole egg.
  7. Scramble eggs into vegetables [if using] until lightly scrambled (not completely cooked).
  8. Pour your egg mixture on to the middle of crust, leaving room to fold ends.
  9. Put two slices of cheese on top of eggs.
  10. Mix one egg white and brush around inside edges of crust.
  11. Fold the sides up to the middle, over the eggs, and pinch.
  12. Fold the ends of crust together and pinch.
  13. Brush the top of your crust with egg whites and bake until lightly browned.
  14. Let sit for five minutes before cutting and serving.
  15. ENJOY.
