Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In regular sized muffin pan, place one piece of ham in each, lining the cups.
  3. Break an egg into each cup .
  4. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  5. Bake for ~15 minutes or until done.
  6. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and enjoy!
  7. NOTE: We've also whipped the eggs with cheese and salsa - yummy!
