Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Store in fridge up to one week; you can also freeze.
  4. Equivalent: 1/4 cup equals one egg.
  5. To scramble: Fry slowly over low in a non-stick pan; spray with Pam if desired.
  6. For baking, use 1/4 cup to equal one egg.
