Easy One-Bowl Apple Snack Brownie Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2-3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (can use 1 teaspoon)

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 8-in baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine first four ingredients.
  4. Combine water, oil, lemon juice and vanilla; add to dry ingredients, and stir, just until combined.
  5. Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon; fold into batter.
  6. Pour into greased baking pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 mins, or until cake tests done.
