Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup ginger
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs,sugar,vanilla,butter,chopped nuts till creamy.
  2. Then add ginger and flour slowly.
  3. Should thicken.
  4. Set oven to 350
  5. Spoon full it on a tray.
  6. Press down a little.
  7. Should be in 10 mins.
  8. Or till golden brown.
  9. Let sit for 4 mins.
  10. Then eat.
