Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 cup ginger
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup flour
3 teaspoons chopped coconuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. mix eggs,sugar,vanilla,butter,chopped nuts till creamy.
2. then add ginger and flour slowly.
3. should thicken.
4. set oven to 350
5. spoon full it on a tray.
6. press down a little.
7. should be in 10 mins.
8. or till golden brown.
9. let sit for 4 mins.
10. then eat.
