Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Beat egg, add butter and cream.
  2. Add the two sugars and cream well.
  3. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
