  1. Preheat oven to 350. Generously spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Crack eggs in bowl
  3. Add Milk
  4. Beat on High with electric mixer for about 3 or 4 minutes
  5. Add all desired ingredients and mix again until blended.
  6. FIll muffin pan 3/4 full.
  7. Bake about 15 minutes, keep checking frequently (cook times vary based on oven) If not sure if done, stick a toothpick in the middle. You can tell it is done when the eggs rise and the middle is not mushy and firm.
