Easy Fried Chicken Strips

Ingredients:

  • 110 g chicken breast , cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. With clean hands, make sure that the chicken strips are dry by patting them with a clean tissue/napkin
  2. Dredge them in flour
  3. Then dip in the beaten egg
  4. Then coat it with breadcrumbs, set aside
  5. Heat a non-stick pan then add oil
  6. Fry chicken strips until golden brown
