Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pound down the chicken until its thin (1/2 inch or so).
  3. Salt and pepper the meat.
  4. DIP MEAT IN THIS EXACT ORDER!
  5. Place in flour and coat well.
  6. Place in eggs and coat well.
  7. Place in bread crumbs and coat VERY WELL.
  8. Brown meat in a lightly buttered skillet.
  9. Place breasts in glass casserole dish and bake covered with foil for 30 minutes.
  10. Meanwhile heat up the sauce on top of the stove.
  11. Pour the sauce over the meat right before serving and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan and cheddar cheese. (Use as much as you like).
