Easy Beef Skillet Supper

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package medium egg noodles
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (11 oz) can mexicorn, drained
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink and drain.
  3. Add tomato sauce and water and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 8 minutes.
  5. Drain the noodles and add to beef mixture.
  6. Mix in the corn, salt and pepper.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and cook until heated through and cheese is melted.
