Directions:

  1. Cut the potatoes into fry like shapes or wedges, not to big.. I sometimes cut them pretty small when in a hurry to lessen cook time. Add butter or bacon grease to pan and heat on medium. Add potatoes and cook until slightly tender...scrape any crusties off bottom of pan...those are little pieces of flavor heaven. Add dill and lemon pepper. Add salt to taste. Cook until tender....and enjoy!
