Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes in half, then into wedges.
  2. You want 8 wedges from each one.
  3. Steam sliced potatoes on a steamer rack over boiling water 10 minutes.
  4. Combine melted butter, dill, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl.
  5. Dump cooked potatoes in medium bowl, pour over garlic butter and toss.
