BBQ Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 -8 potatoes (i usually use russet, but i have used red)
  • 2 -3 tbsp butter
  • 1 -2 onion (i usually use 3 because i love them)
  • 1 tsp table salt

Directions:

  1. Slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick and place on tinfoil sprayed with cooking spray. sSlice onions on top then top with butter, salt and pepper.
  2. Top with another sheet of sprayed tin foil and put in oven on 375°F for about 45 minutes or on BBQ for about 45 minutes, until tender - so good!
