Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add potatoes, onion, carrots, lamb, dill and stock to slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
  3. Add cornstarch to a small amount of water to make slurry.
  4. When stew is tender, add slurry and honey and cook, uncovered, until juices thicken slightly, about 30-45 minutes longer.
  5. Add half and half and lemon juice and stir to combine just before serving.
