Dijon Baked Potatoes With Cheese And Bacon Aka Twi...

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Allow potatoes to cool a bit and cut a slit in the top of each
  2. Squeeze the potato open and scrape out the filling, leaving about a 1/2 shell
  3. It is fine to remove the top of the potato lengthwise to get to the pulp (like making a boat or canoe)
  4. Mix the cooked pulp with the cheese mixture
  5. Mound the filling into the potato shells
  6. Place the stuffed potatoes into a greased baking dish
  7. Bake about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted
  8. Sprinkle with chives
  9. Enjoy
