Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 (15 oz) can chili (with or without beans)
  • 1 (10 oz) can rotel tomatoes (drained )

Directions:

  1. Combine all in a microwavable dish.
  2. Heat in 1 minute intervals, stirring between until cream cheese is melted.
  3. Serve with corn or tortilla chips, or your favorite crackers.
