Easy Shrimp Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (10 oz) can rotel tomatoes
  • 20 medium cooked shrimp

Directions:

  1. Rinse 20 medium size shrimp, and cut into pieces.
  2. Chop 1 medium size onion.
  3. Heat the cream cheese and rotel on low heat.
  4. Add the shrimp and onion.
  5. Cook on low until creamy.
  6. Or - put everything in a crockpot if you have plenty of time.
  7. Serve with ritz crackers.
