Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp clove
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Prehead over to 425.
  2. Combine sweetener, salt and spices.
  3. Blend in pumpkin, eggs and milks.
  4. Pour into pastry shell.
  5. Bake 425 for 15mins
  6. Reduce heat to 400 and bake until knife inserted comes out clean.
