Debbie's Tuscan Grilled Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

Directions:

  1. Wash mushrooms thoroughly and remove stems
  2. Brush both sides lightly with Italian dressing
  3. Grill for about 3 minutes on each side
  4. With bottom side up, fill hole with feta cheese
  5. Continue grilling until chesse has amost melted - around 2 minutes
  6. Serve and enjoy !!!
