Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and remove stems from mushrooms; discard stems.
  2. Put mushroom caps in a large saucepan; cover with water.
  3. Bring to boiling; lower heat, cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Drain mushrooms and allow to cool.
  5. In a salad dressing jar (I use my Good Season's dressing jar) with tight fitting lid, add the salad dressing mix, water, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, parsley, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Close the jar lid and shake well to combine.
  7. Put mushrooms in a bowl; pour dressing over mushrooms; stir to coat.
  8. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
