Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup cocoa , sifted
  • 1 tsp fine salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F, grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, followed by yogurt and vanilla.
  4. Sift together the flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt.
  5. Add to the creamed mixture, beating smooth.
  6. Bake 1 hour, or until tests done.
  7. Cool 30 minutes before unmoulding.
