Dayton's Bacon, Tomato and Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, cook potatoes with skins on until tender. Cool.
  2. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine potatoes with celery, bell pepper, onion and bacon.
  4. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour mayo mixture over potato mixture. Toss gently to mix.
  6. Add tomato and toss gently.
  7. Cover and refrigerate to chill.
