Darthlaurie's Turkey Avocado Panini/Mashed Sammich

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat panini press, waffle iron, or pan.
  2. Combine olive oil and seasonings.
  3. On one slice of bread stack one slice of cheese, all the turkey and avocado and then the last slice of cheese. Top with second slice of bread.
  4. Brush half of the olive oil mixture on the top piece of bread. Flip over and brush remaining olive oil mixture on the other piece of bread.
  5. Cook in the panini press or waffle iron until golden brown or cook in pan until one side is golden brown and then flip over and cook until the other side is golden brown.
  6. Enjoy!
