Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 limes, juiced with pulp
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 clump cilantro, de-stem
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Put all items in food processor and blend until smooth. Pour over spinach or mixed greens and add any toppings that suit your fancy. Toss.
