Ingredients:

  • 2 lb potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp bacon grease
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
