Cucumber Yogurt Dip With Cumin

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, onion, mint and cumin.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Spoon the yogurt mixture into a strainer lined with coffee filter.
  5. Place a bowl under the strainer to catch the liquid (whey) that drains off.
  6. Cover and refrigerate 12 hours,
  7. Discard liquid.
