Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and slice cucumber in 1/8 inch slices.
  2. Blend dressing ingredients until smooth. Using dill flakes, not seeds.
  3. Add sliced cucumber and toss until well coated.
  4. This is good right away but improves with a chill in the frig. Enjoy!
