Cucumber Salad With Tomato And Red Onion

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix vinegar, salt, sugar, and celery seeds in a measuring cup.
  2. Peel the cucumber (either completely, or leaving a few stripes of green) and slice thinly
  3. Slice the onion and tomato
  4. Combine cucumber, onion and tomato in a bowl or a container with tight fitting lid.
  5. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables and either stir or cover and shake. The vegetables should be well coated in vinegar mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, and up to several days
  7. Sprinkle with pepper and serve
