Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and mix in bowl with remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour into a glass pie pan and bake in a 350 oven for 50 minutes or until set in the middle.
