Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin.
  2. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
  3. Pour into an ungreased 15-in. x 10-in x 1-in. baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. For icing, beat cream cheese, sugar, butter and vanilla in a small mixing bowl.
  7. Add enough of the milk to achieve desired spreading consistency.
  8. Spread over bars.
  9. Yield: 2 dozen.
