Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin till fluffy.
  2. Add dry ingredients mix well.
  3. Put batter in greased 9x13 pan or jelly roll pan with 1 sides works very well.
  4. Bake 350 for 20 to 30 minutes depending on which pan you use.
