Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease a 20cm pie dish.
  2. Process the flour, paprika, butter and cheese.
  3. Reserve 2/3 cup of the flour mixture, then press the remaining flour mixture over the base of the base and sides of the prepared dish.
  4. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  11. Serve warm or cold with a salad.
