Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first five ingredients.
  2. Stir in oil and set aside 1/4 of mixture.
  3. Put remaining mixture in bottom of 9 inch pie plate.
  4. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  5. Combine rest of ingredients and put into crust.
  6. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 of mixture on top and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. ENJOY.
